Ife Law: LSRC passes vote of confidence on its leadership

The legislative arm of the Law Students Society has passed a vote of confidence on the leadership of the house.

This comes after a bye-election was conducted as a result of the disolution of the leadership of the House by the Congress.

The electoral committee led by its chairman Olusola Abikanlu conducted the bye-election in which Olawuni Tobi was reelected as the speaker of the house, Adefajo Ibrahim as the deputy speaker and Awosusi Opeyemi as the clerk of the house. "This is to inform the generality of the Law Students Society on the outcome of the recently conducted bye elections.

Awosusi Opeyemi 9 votes favour and 1 void

Deputy Speaker
Adefajo Ibrahim 9 votes in favour and 1 void

Speaker
Olawuni Tobi 9 votes in favour and 1 void"

The house also condemned the dissolution of the house by the Congress.
