OAU records another death as NASELS announces loss of member, Oyejola Taiwo

NASELSITE OYEJOLA TAIWO OLAWUNMI WAS CALLED TO REST.

Condolence greetings to the family of Mr and Mrs Oyejola for the loss of their daughter.
It is painful to write concerning the death of one of us, a gem that we can never replace in our hearts; Late Miss Oyejola Taiwo Olawunmi, a part one student of the department of English Obafemi Awolowo University. A conscious NASELSite who passed away this morning; 27th of March, 2017. It really saddens our hearts to receive information about her journey to the beyond world.

Calls were put through to NASELS’ secretariat earlier today following the news about the demise of the NASELSite; Oyejola Taiwo. According to the reports we gathered from different sources, we learnt that it all started on Saturday morning, 25th of March, 2017 when she was reportedly said to be going through body pain and was taken to the health centre for normal checkup and treatment. According to one of her friends, the body pain was a regular ailment she periodically suffered from but she had drugs she takes whenever this pain comes up. According to eyewitness, we were told the body pain was different from previous ones as she had to be admitted at the Health centre and her Mother had to rush down to OAU campus from Lagos to see things herself. According to her friends who reported to us, she got relieved later on Saturday evening but felt the pain again on Sunday and was referred to OAU Teaching Hospital from campus Health centre. She was attended to and was getting better. It was at this point that she was getting better that her friends were asked, by the doctors, to take their leave, leaving her alone since she was getting better so that she could rest.
They added that since she said that she was better but only weak, she should be left alone to rest. The next report we heard on Monday was that Ms Taiwo is dead. Her friends got a call from OAU Teaching Hospital that she had passed away and what transpired through the night that led to her giving up the ghost is totally unaccounted for from the sources we have consulted but if we can get anything new relating to what happened after her friends left her at the hospital, we will inform the generality of Naselsites.

The elected executive officers have informed the HOD and texted her family a condolence message.
We love her and never wished to write about her as a diseased. Her image will forever stand firm in the frame of our hearts’ picture. We hope not to write a report of any of our members’ death again.
We wish her family the fortitude and perfect heart to bear the loss. We hope happenings of such cease from our midst.
Taiwo’s story explicit the need to be conscious for the great beyond, the truth is that in all we do we should be careful and build ourselves legacies that people can hold on to. It is one life, it is one chance and it is one you, in essence, think better on how to spend it graciously.

May the soul of the deceased rest in perfect peace.
