IJIYINKA IJIWOLE SOLOMON CONGRATULATES OONI OF IFE AS HE CELEBRATES A YEAR ON THE THRONE

CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO OOBA ADEYEYE OGUNWUSI (OJAJA II) AS HE CELEBRATES A YEAR ON THE THRONE.
With deep heart filled with joy and sincere sense of gladness, I felicitate with you today, Baba, as it marks a year of your coronation as the 51st Ooni of Ife. My joy knows no bound noting that your emergence which greeted a lot of jubilations within and beyond Ile Ife, also witnessed a lot of promises from you to promote peace among all yoruba globally and drastical improvement on the neglected cultures and traditions of Ile ife and the entire Yoruba. The core of my happiness is your full commitment to all these promises and the amazing developments that have stormed Ile Ife across all sector. Also, your noticeable quest of uniting the entire Yoruba race further confirms your readiness to fulfill to the maxim your duty as the Arole Odua. Baba, long may you live on the throne.
It is my prayer that the almighty God and the deities coupled with the spirit of your ancestors will grant you more wisdom and resources to actualize your vision. Once again, I celebrate you today sir.
As your zeal of promoting the youths of Ile Ife is obvious and laudable, I also want to call your attention to the need of your full support for the Obafemi Awolowo University Students Union. Apart from the fact that the university which homes this Union emanated from one of the legacy left behind by one of your predecessor late Sir Adesoji Aderemi and some well meaning Yoruba that has development as their watchword, it is also a notable and major academic and economic institution in the ancient city, Ile Ife. The activities of this Union comprising of youth with good future prospects has over the years been criminalized by the university management who are not ready to make general welfarism of students to be their utmost priority. Baba, I want you to extend your arm of fatherly care, support and solidarity to Obafemi Awolowo University Students Union as a new administration of the union is about to be set up. I believe by so doing, there will be peaceful co-existence between OAU community and the totality of Ile ife city when the results are evident.

Long live Ooba Adeyeye Ogunwusi Enitan Babatunde (OJAJA II)
  Long live OAU Students Union
  Long live Ile Ife
